Holly Kilpatrick, 66, of Lucerne Road, Oxford, admitted speeding at 29mph in a 20mph zone on St Giles, Oxford, on April 22. Fined £105 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points.

Richard Evans, 29, of Marlborough Gardens, Faringdon, admitted possessing cocaine, a Class A drug, in Faringdon on July 30. Fined £150 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jonathan Whyte, 59, of Southern Bypass, Oxford, admitted assaulting Waren Dacosta by beating him in Oxford on August 5. Also admitted assaulting PC Marshall in the execution of his duty on the same occasion. Given a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge.

Michael Barrett, 20, of Radford Close, Rose Hill, Oxford, admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, in Riverside Court, Long Ford Close, Oxford, on August 17. Also admitted possessing a wrap of cannabis in Didcot on June 27. Also admitted committing offences while subject to a conditional discharge made at Oxford Magistrates' Court on March 29 for possession of cannabis. Fined £140 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Abdalle Abdi, 26, of Freelands Road, Oxford, admitted driving on a public road, namely Cornwallis Road, Oxford, without a licence or insurance on April 28. Also admitted obstructing a police constable in the execution of duty on the same occasion. Fined £380 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs. Fiona Jackson, 34, of Brookside, Oxford, admitted owning a dog which injured a man whilst dangerously out of control in the recreation ground, Valentia Road, Oxford, on July 25. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £300 compensation and £85 costs. Banned from owning a dog for 10 years.

Nicola Ewens, 38, of Coltsfoot Square, Oxford, admitted stealing seven beef joints and three lamb chops worth £85.03 from Asda in Black Bourton Road, Carterton, on May 21 and stealing two roast joints and two beef joints worth £59.38 from the same shop on May 23. Also admitted stealing three lamb legs, four beef joints and two roast joints worth £111.45 from the same shop on May 25 and admitted failing to surrender to custody at Banbury Magistrates’ Court on July 29 without reasonable cause. Ordered to pay £255.86 compensation and to undertake treatment for drug dependency for six months.

Marcus Keady, 33, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted stealing four hooded tops worth £297.50 from Jack Wills in High Street, Oxford, on September 4 and stealing meat worth £65 from the BP Express service station at the Wolvercote roundabout on September 7. Also admitted stealing alcohol worth £35 from Tesco in Oxford on September 10. Ordered to undertake drug dependency treatment for nine months and take part in rehabilitation activity for a maximum of 30 days and to pay a total of £362.50 compensation.

Stephen Otto, 42, of Lake Street, Oxford, admitted stealing Gucci perfume worth £68 from Superdrug in Market Street, Oxford, on September 5 and failing to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on October 7. Also admitted stealing a bottle of Moet rose champagne worth £38 from Tesco in Oxford on October 1. Ordered to take part in treatment for drug dependency treatment for six months and rehabilitation activity for a maximum of 20 days. Also ordered to pay £68 compensation and £85 costs.

Philip Chewings, 30, of Colwell Road, Berinsfield, admitted failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order by failing to attend unpaid work on May 22 and August 21. Fined £100.

Joshua Quinn, 20, of Pinnocks Way, Botley, admitted failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order by failing to attend unpaid work on July 16. Fined £150.

Samuel Jackson, 26, of Grays Close, Chalgrove, admitted speeding at 51mph in a 30mph zone on the B480 in Stadhampton on February 3. Fined £400 and ordered to pay a £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.
