JALIE Krishan Died on Wednesday March 4th 2015, after a long illness. A service to celebrate his life will be held at St Peter's Church, Wolvercote on Thursday March 26th at 1.00pm.Family flowers only but donations welcome for Diabetes UK, c/o The Co-operative Funeralcare, 29 Rogers Street, Oxford, OX2 7JS Tel: 01865 310907

I just learned today (4-4-15) that Krishan died. I had decided this very morning to get in touch, but I was too late by one exactly month. There is a lesson there. I want to express my enormous gratitude to Krishan for teaching me how to explore and love mathematics with an inquiring mind. And I want to express my regret that I never told him this in person. Rest in peace, teacher and friend.
