The funeral service will be held on Friday 25th September 2015, at All Saints Church, Wytham, OX2 8QQ, at 12.30pm, Flowers or donations if desired for Haematology Ward 0009 (Churchill Hospital) c/o Greens Funeral Services, 21 High Street, Eynsham, Oxford, OX29 4HE.
