Hornsby June Sylvia (Brooks) Passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at home on Sunday 5th June 2016 aged 78 years, just 3 days before her birthday. A much loved and loving Mother of Alison, Pauline Sarah and Robert. Mother-in-law of Adrian, John and Jo and adored Nannie of Jack, Thomas, Henry, Ben, Eleanor and Ella. She will be greatly missed and always loved by all her family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held in Dorchester Abbey, Dorchester-on-Thames on Monday 27th June 2016 at 2.00pm. Family flowers only please but donations in memory of June to Sue Ryder Hospice, Nettlebed can be made c/o Howard Chadwick Funeral Service 33 Benson Lane Crowmarsh OX10 8ED or online via www.chadwicksfuneralservice.com and would be greatly appreciated by the family.
