HUGHES Dr Iwan Elfan B.M. BCh. Peacefully on October 16th 2016, aged 88 years. Much loved husband of Patricia and father of Stephanie, Sara, David and Peter. A funeral service will be held at Oxford Crematorium on Friday 28th of October at 12 noon. Everyone who knew Iwan is welcome to the service and to Cassington Village Hall afterwards.
