Tabberner Jeffrey On 27th February, aged 82, in the John Radcliffe Hospital. Former design manager of school books at OUP, with previous positions in HMSO and UNESCO, Paris. Through OUP also posted short-term to Brisbane and Toronto and in retirement worked in Pakistan and Cambodia. Awarded MPhil in french at Brookes in 2016 for work on language and conflict in Belgium and Canada. Donations to S&R Childs, 69 London Road, Headington OX3 9AA for distribution among his favourite charities.
