EVANS Mervyn formerly of Nuffield Orthopaedic Engineering Centre and Kidlington Baptist Church Suddenly passed away at home on 6th September aged 84 years. Much loved husband of Jackie, dad of Wendy and Jeff and a special grand father sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service at The Forest of Dean Crematorium, Cinderford, Glos, GL14 3HU on Thursday 21st September at 2:30 pm. By request, family flowers only. If desired, donations in lieu for The British Heart Foundation may be given online at www.ernest-heal.co.uk, placed in the donations box at the crematorium or sent to Ernest Heal & Sons Funeral Directors, Chippenham Funeral Home, Howells Place, Monmouth NP25 3ED.
