BISHOP Valerie Ann (nee Bayliss) Passed away peacefully in the John Radcliffe Hospital on 1st September, aged 82 years. A much loved partner of Owen, devoted mother to Jeremy and Adam and adored grandmother. Funeral service to be held at Headington Cemetery Chapel on Monday 25th September at 12 noon followed by burial. Family flowers only please.
