HUNT Christine Elizabeth Burgess Teacher and Sculptor. Christine who died in hospital on the 19th January 2018, is sadly missed by her husband, children and grandchildren. During her life Christine taught both children and adults and she was a tutor at Sunningwell School of Art from 1986 to 2008. She had been an active member of the Oxford artistic community particularly in its efforts to obtain exhibition space after the Central Library closed its Gallery in 1996. A private funeral has been arranged for the 19th February at Highworth where Christine spent many happy years. Her work will be displayed at home on Sunday 18th February.
