TOYE Hugh Col Hugh OBE, retired officer of Her Majesty's army, distinguished military diplomat, academic and expert on South Asia, died peacefully on 15th April 2012, aged 95 years. Devoted husband of Betty (died 1999), much loved cousin, uncle and great-uncle. Funeral to be held on Wednesday 2nd May 11.30am at St Mary's Church, Wheatley, Oxon.
