JAMES THOMAS SMITH The founder of the well known bus and coach company Heyfordian Travel, James Thomas Smith, died on Saturday April 18th aged 93. Universally known as ‘Jim’ he was born in Guilden Morden, Cambridgeshire, but spent his formative years in the town of Cranleigh in Surrey where his father establishe d a general haulage company.
