THE latest phase of an industrial and warehouse development in Carterton has created 15,000 square feet of new business accommodation.
Three Michaels Yard, which includes 10 units, is West Oxfordshire’s first new industrial scheme for nearly a decade.
Commercial property agent VSL, which is co-marketing the site, says three of the four units in the first phase, which launched at the end of April, are occupied and the fourth is under offer.
One of the six units which make up the second phase is also occupied.
Carterton Town Mayor Lynn Little, who officially opened the second stage, said: “With the opening of these units we can offer much needed employment opportunities “
