House prices in Oxfordshire have fallen for the first time in more than a year.
Official figures for June from the Government’s Land Registry show the average price of a property in the county in June was £237,607, down £285 or 0.1 per cent on the May figure and the first drop since April 2009.
The annual rate of house price inflation in the county now stands at 10.5 per cent meaning average prices have risen by £22,633 since June 2009.
