Managers are being invited to a breakfast club where experts will review key developments in employment law.
Hosted by law firm Morgan Cole, the meeting will use case studies and discussion groups to address issues such as performance management, the removal of the default retirement age and the impact of proposals to reform the employment tribunal system.
Employment lawyer William Downing, who will be the key speaker, said: “We will look at steps organisations can take to ensure they get the best from their staff.”
The event on March 15 takes place at Morgan Cole, Buxton Court, 3 West Way, Oxford OX2 0SZ from 8am. It costs £30 + VAT.
