An expert in starting up businesses is to hold a special masterclass.
Kim Hills Spedding, <<ok>> who set up the Thames Business Advice Centre (TBAC) in Oxford will host the free event at Blackwell’s in Broad Street, Oxford on October 13 at 7pm.
