COMPANY owners are being given the opportunity to design and build their own offices at a North Oxfordshire business park.

A site totalling 3.34 acres has been released at the Apollo Office Park in Wroxton and is being offered for sale as a whole or in three separate lots each capable of accommodating a building of up to 6,000 sq ft.

The land is being sold with existing planning permission for three offices with eco facilities including solar water heating and a green roofing system, giving businesses the opportunity to create their own facility within private landscaped grounds.

The entire site is being offered for sale at £450,000 and individual plots at £195,000 each.

Apollo Office Park was first developed in 2006 on the former depot of the North Oxfordshire Ironstone Company and is home to the headquarters of the Bentley Driver’s Club.

The site is for sale through agents Meeson Williams and Berry Morris.
