A national firm of chartered surveyors and estate agents has moved to larger premises in Thame.

Fisher German has been based at Thame cattle market since 2009, but an increase in demand for its property services has prompted a move to the High Street.

The relocation will allow the firm to significantly expand the residential agency side of the business which specialises in the sale of village homes, country houses, farms and estates.

Stephen Rutledge, office partner in Thame, said: “The new office demonstrates our commitment to the town and the region.

“We are in a position where we can continue to provide excellent service to our existing clients and the new premises has allowed us to expand our team to meet growing demand, particularly at the middle and upper ends of the residential agency market.”

“Residential property sales are a major part of Fisher German’s operation nationwide and our relocation is the perfect springboard for us to expand this part of our business.”

Three new members of staff have also been recruited to accommodate the expansion.
