DIDCOT: Housebuilder Linden Homes Oxford, based at Milton Park, has appointed Stephen Swinscoe as land director.
Mr Swinscoe, 34, will be responsible for sourcing and securing land opportunities, as well as negotiating planning consent for secured sites.
He said: “Over the next 12 months we will be looking to grow our presence throughout Oxfordshire and the Thames Valley. There are a number of exciting opportunities out there in the market for us, despite a continuing uncertain economic outlook.”
Beginning his career as a land buyer for Peveril Homes, Mr Swinscoe most recently worked for Taylor Wimpey, based in Abingdon.
