Accountants and financial advisors Critchleys has acquired Finmor Financial Planning Oxford-based Critchleys director Jason McGuigan said: “We saw the opportunity to help a small high quality financial planning practice, with the same ethics and ethos as ours to take their business to the next step and enable them to enjoy the benefits of being part of a larger organisation.”

Terry Still, former owner of Finmor, will be staying on with Critchleys in Oxford.

He said: “We have been aware for some time of the additional resources necessary to meet the future challenges of financial planning. We saw the opportunity of joining Critchleys, who have already invested in these resources, as a significant benefit to both Finmor and its clients.”
