OXFORD: Andy Hamer has joined the senior management team at the Oxford Bus Company as commercial manager.

Mr Hamer, 39, previously led the passenger transport publicity and marketing team at Hertfordshire County Council.

He also has experience in travel information software and transport consultancy, having worked on projects for large clients across the UK.
