Fed up of your workout? Give Swirve a go! Not a keep fit class but a 'have fun and party' class - get toned and gorgeous without even realising ! Dance along to your favorite routines that are easy to copy and really effective! Anyone will be able to pick up the steps and really dance them out!
Have a wiggle and a giggle to song that you can choose! 7-8pm. Please call or email for more. £5 per class.
