Week 25

Very exciting times this week. Mum and me went shopping for Prams and car seats!!! I have found the one I like from Mothercare it is a silvercross 3d which I have been told is a good make.

The best thing is mothercare do a plan where you can have it delivered when you want and pay a certain amount off each week etc. My pram is being delivered in December exactly a month before I am due!! I am going to go shopping with my Brother and his girlfriend when I start my maternity leave and buy the Moses basket and stand which they have kindly volunteered to buy. Family are being great! I feel very organised now just a few more bits to buy now.

Squidge is now kicking quite a lot, normally when I am lying down after dinner chilling out. I am starting to work out what times the little rascal is waking up just in case this is the same when it is born. Lets hope the night time changes a little more!!

My SPD has been getting worse lately. I have been in absolute agony with my hip so I am going to have to go back and have more Physio. I have brought a 5ft long pillow that I cuddle up to at night which seems to be helping and I have been told that the aerobics ball can help so I am going to invest in one of them. I will try anything if it stops the pain. I was told by my midwife that apparently when I reach about 28 weeks the aches and pains should actually get better as the baby works as a support for your back!! Yes please!!

Its my birthday on Friday!! it seems really odd this year. Normally I am planning a 3 day drinking session in town with my mates and family and I get really excited. This year I am planning a few lemonades down the local pub with friends and then a quiet BBQ at home on the sat for family and more friends. Wow I really am growing up and becoming more responsible!!! Ha ha
