Eastcombe is a popular village in the heart of the cotswolds some 5 miles from Stroud and 8 miles from Cirencester. It offers easy access to extensive and beautiful countryside with a network of footpaths passing through the Toadsmoor valley and beyond. The village offers many local amenities such as a village shop, a local public house (The Lamb in which has a popular restaurant), a post office and highly respected primary and secondary schools (Thomas Keble) within walking distance. Additionally Eastcombe has two Churches, one Anglican and the other a Baptist Chapel. Further convenience shops can be found at nearby Bussage, such as a Tesco Express along with a doctor's surgery and other day to day facilities.
