House prices in the county have fallen slightly, according to latest official figures.
Statistics produced by the Government’s Land Registry show the average price of a property in November was £243,025, a fall of £783 or 0.3 per cent compared to October.
It is the first fall since June but year on year, prices are up by 2.4 per cent.
Nationally, the average price of a home is £161,490, a rise of 0.3 per cent on the October figure.
