House prices in the county have fallen for the second month in a row.
Latest figures for July from the Government’s Land Registry show the average price of a home stands at £240,260, a fall of 0.2 per cent on the previous month.
But year on year, values have risen by two per cent.
Nationally, prices rose by 0.8 per cent to £162,900.
