Right Employment provides an individualised service to anyone with a learning disability over the age of 16 to help and support them through the whole process of finding employment. It supports people to find full- or part-time work. This is especially important as many people only wish to work for a few hours a week, particularly if they have not worked before, in order to help them adapt to the routine of regular employment.

Refugee Resource’s mentoring service provides support to adult refugees and asylum seekers by pairing them with volunteer mentors. The scheme has been running in Oxford for over three years and we are now piloting a mentoring service in Banbury.
