Formed at Chetham’s School of Music in 2002, this prize-winning ensemble brings a mouth-watering programme, including Mendelssohn’s Quartet in F minor Op 80, written in memory of his sister and entitled Requiem for Fanny; Dvorak’s playful, dance-like Quartet in G Op 106; and Quartet No 2 (Métamorphoses Nocturnes) by Ligeti.
