Oil spill causes lorries to crash on A40

EYNSHAM: A crash involving three lorries caused big delays on the A40 westbound yesterday. The accident, which led to an oil spill, happened between Cuckoo Lane and the B4022 at about midday.

It is not known if anyone was injured.

Good to see the usual quality of reporting being upheld! Did an oil spill cause the lorries to crash, or did the accident lead to an oil spill? It can't be both.

If you can't even proof read an article this small then there really is no hope :(
