Police seal off Bicester flat

POLICE have sealed off the entrance to a flat above a charity shop in Bicester.
It is understood officers have been at the scene in Market Square since 7am today.
Scenes of crime officers have sealed off the building and a police officer is guarding the entrance to the flat, which is next door to the Katharine House Hospice shop.
Thames Valley Police have not yet commented on the incident.
