Boost for youth club projects

OXON: Youth projects will get more than £11,000 in “Big Society” cash from Oxfordshire County Council.

The “Chill Out Fund” cash will include £2,841 for the Leys Youth Programme for weekly activity classes in Blackbird Leys.

Approval for the funds was granted last week.

Not really the 'big' society is it?

Compare that to the £450,000.00 pay off for bumbling BBC boss George Entwistle and we get some idea of priorities in the public sector.
