OXFORD: Plans to turn offices in West Oxford into 100 student rooms will be discussed at a meeting next month.
On December 18, an informal hearing into the proposals from HXRUK3 Ltd for Innovation House, Mill Street, will be held by the planning inspectorate.
The hearing will be held at the Town Hall in St Aldate’s from 10am.
