Man charged with Help for Heroes charity theft

A 26-year-old man has been charged with stealing £2,000 from the Help for Heroes charity.
Thomas Richards, of Lowell Place, Witney, has been charged with one count of theft and seven counts of fraud.
He will appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on December 13.
