STANTON HARCOURT: A primary school could admit children as young as three after plans to close a nearby pre-school were announced.
Today cabinet member for education Melinda Tilley is set to rule on plans to extend Stanton Harcourt primary school’s lower age range. The proposal for a nursery class at the school is being made in response to the news the Blackditch Bunnies Pre-school will close in the spring.
Mrs Tilley will make her decision at County Hall at noon. The hearing will be open to the public.
The bid will then go to cabinet later in December.
