An 89-year-old woman, who broke both her legs in a collision with a car, was last night said to be in a “stable” condition.
The local woman was hurt in the crash in Banbury Road, Oxford, on Saturday.
Police said she was yesterday due to have surgery in the John Radcliffe Hospital.
