Trial for man who denies assault

A 33-year-old man has denied an assault and is due to stand trial.
Dale Colley, of Dashwood Road, Rose Hill, appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court yesterday.
He is accused of assault by beating on December 6 last year at a property in Campbell Road, Cowley.
Colley is alleged to have attacked Ria Phipps and will stand trial in front of Oxford magistrates on January 23.
