Police car crash

A police car was involved in a crash in Deddington while responding to an emergency yesterday.

It was involved in a collision with a red Nissan car at about 2pm at a crossroads in the village.

Both police officers were uninjured, but the male Nissan driver was taken to the Horton Hospital in Banbury as a precaution.

Police were unable to say what emergency the car was responding to.
