Botley Road traffic lights fail this morning

The traffic lights at the Botley Road and Ferry Hinksey Road junction in Oxford have failed this morning.
Queues of morning rush traffic are reported to be building in both directions along the busy stretch of road.
Southern Electric is investigating the matter. In November the same set of lights were knocked out amid heavy flooding and took four days to repair.
There had been issues gaining access to equipment that needed to be fixed.
