Big police callout to false alarm
11:00am Tuesday 29th January 2013 in News
A police helicopter, seven vehicles and 10 police officers were sent out to tackle what turned out to be a false alarm.
They were despatched to Roger Dudman Way at 10pm on Sunday night, following reports of a man trespassing on a construction site. Officers found the man – only to discover he was a security man on a night shift.
Spokesman for Thames Valley Police James Williams said: “It was a bit of a false alarm.”

Is somebody having a laugh at our expense. All that manpower and wasted money for somebody wandering around a building site, yet report a burglar in your house, and you get a PCSO tip up the next day with a crime number for you.

Any way of finding out which companies building site it was as I know a lot of Davey boy's close friends are big in the building industry and it would be interesting to test a small theory I have.
