Why didn't Ahmed jump out with his 6 foot Samuri Kebab cutting thingy, and cut off the thingy of the bloke burning him down?

Earls Court in the early 90s: two huge Irish navvies in the kebab shop shouting racial insults at a diminutive Turkish guy behind the counter. You should have seen the speed they ran out of the shop when he started waving that samurai kebab cutting thingy around his head!

I hissed meself.

Erm, I think it's a Burger Van, not Sammi's Kebabs. So why all the references to Samurai Swords?
