Terror suspect released on bail

A man arrested on suspicion of raising cash for terrorist causes has been released on bail until April.
Officers held the 23-year-old in Oxford on suspicion of fundraising for the purposes of terrorism, contrary to Section 15 of The Terrorism Act 2000 and on suspicion of failing to disclose information in order to make a gain, contrary to Section 3 of the Fraud Act 2006.
Thames Valley Police said there was no perceived threat to the local community.
