TODAY is the final day for residents to comment on a church’s plan to extend the building over old graves.
Littlemore’s St Mary and St Nicholas Church has called for the relatives of the 10 affected graves – mostly from the 19th century – to come forward.
Only the gravestones would be removed. The remains would not be disturbed if the extension goes ahead.
The estimated £200,000 project will provide a toilet, kitchen and meeting room.
