Alleged abuse victim woke up in bed with two men after taking cocaine, court hears

A 14-YEAR-OLD girl cannot remember how she came to wake up naked in a bed between two men, the Old Bailey heard this morning.

Now 16, the girl said she was "off her face" on alcohol and cocaine and could not remember how she got to be in the Nanford Guest House double bed.

The unnamed witness, who began giving evidence this morning, is the youngest of six to allege they were abused by a sex exploitation gang in Oxford.

Known as Girl 5, she claims she had sex with Asian men including defendants Mohammed "Tayab" Hussain and Assad "Ash" Hussain between the ages of 12 and 14.

The abuse is said to have taken places between January 2009 and January last year.

The witness said Mohammed Hussain texted her telling her to come to the Nanford Guest House in Iffley Road in December 2011.

She said they gave her drugs and drink before she woke up naked between "Tayab" and a man called "Biggie".

The girl said she thought Mohammed Hussain was "good looking" when she first met him near The Regal in Cowley Road when she was 12.

She said he would have sex with her in the Nanford Guest House and in Marsh Park - sometimes in daylight.

The girl never asked to have sex with him but feared he would get angry if she refused because he was older than her, the court heard.

She said: "I felt if I didn't he might get mad at me."

Giving evidence from behind a curtain, the witness said she never discussed her age with "Tayab" but knew he was in his 20s.

The alleged victim also claims to have seen defendant Anjum "Jammy" Dogar at the Nanford Guest House.

She said she saw another defendant, his brother Akhtar, at a house in Regent Street where she had sex with Mohammed Hussain and a someone called "Sayeed".

Crimes against Girl 5, which include rape and conspiracy to engage in sexual activity with a child, are said to have been committed by Mohammed and Assad Hussain, and Zeeshan and Bilal Ahmed.

All nine defendants deny all 51 counts.

The trial continues.
