  • Paul Hopkins, 37, of Bridge Street, Banbury, admitted stealing DVDs from the Co-op in Chatsworth Drive, Banbury on May 7. Fined £75 and told to pay £25 compensation, a £20 victims' surcharge and £40 costs.
  • William Shepherd, 66, of The Beeches Mobile Home Park, Old London Road, Chipping Norton, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Banbury Police Station on June 28. Given a 12-month driving ban. Fined £95 and told to pay a £29 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs.
  • Sukoluhle Vera, 34, of Goldcrest Way, Bicester, admitted drink driving and failing to stop after an accident in Kingfisher Way, Bicester on May 24. Had 94 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Given a 36-month driving ban and fined £110. Told to pay a £20 victims' surcharge and £85 costs.
  • Simon Goddard, 37, of Stow Avenue, Witney, admitted possessing 71 indecent photographs or pseudo photographs of children on March 17, 2011, and making 33 indecent photographs or pseudo photographs of children between October 1, 2009 and May 30, 2010. Community order made with a 24-day activity requirement and a supervision requirement. Sexual offences prevention order made banning unsupervised use of the internet. Added to the sex offenders register for five years.
  • Stephen Grieve, 38, of no fixed address, admitted causing criminal damage to internal doors, an ashtray and a mobile phone in Netting Street, Hook Norton, near Banbury, on April 13. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge.
  • Andrew Marlow, 34, of Ticknell Piece Road, Charlbury, near Chipping Norton, admitted assaulting Pc Siobhan O’Hare by beating in Finstock, near Chipping Norton, and common assault in Corn Street, Witney on March 21. Community order made with 10-week curfew requirement and told to pay £100 compensation and a £60 victims’ surcharge.
  • Shannon Price, 24, of Beckdale Close, Bicester, admitted stealing meat worth £20 from a Co-op in Banbury on May 22, alcoholic drink worth £12.29 from a Co-op in Banbury on April 11 and three boxes of wine worth £50.37 from Tesco in Banbury on February 25. Community order made with alcohol treatment requirement and nine-month supervision requirement. Told to pay £50.37 compensation and a £60 victims’ surcharge.
  • Stephen Sykes, 31, of Burwell Drive, Witney, admitted causing criminal damage to the windscreen and body panels of a Ford Fiesta worth £1,000 on June 26 in Burwell Drive, Witney. Also admitted committing a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for 12 months imposed on February 13 at Oxford Magistrates' Court for using threatening words or behaviour. Fined £195 and told to pay £250 compensation, a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  • Sean Stimpson, 44, of Penrhyn Close, Banbury, admitted possessing cocaine, a Class A drug, and cannabis, a Class B drug, at Banbury Police Station, in Warwick Road, Banbury, on June 29. Also admitted committing a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for 12 months made on November 9 at Banbury Magistrates' Court for disorderly behaviour. Fined £450 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  • Joshua Vickers, 24, of Holford Road, Witney, admitted possessing cocaine, a Class A drug, in Corn Street, Witney on June 29. Fined £100 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  • Maxwell Walker, 21, of The Paddocks, Souldern, near Bicester, admitted driving while unfit through drugs and possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, in Church Street, Somerton, near Bicester, on May 13. Given a 12-month driving ban. Fined £330 and told to pay a £28 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  • Christopher Cairns, 55, of Thorney Leys, Witney, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Abingdon Police Station, in Colwell Drive, Abingdon, on March 24. Given a 12-month driving ban and fined £150. Told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £100 costs.
  • Jon Milenkovic, 23, of West Street, Banbury, admitted using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress and assault in Banbury on June 30. Fined £300 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge, £50 compensation and £85 costs.
  • Stuart Ford, 46, of Hollybush Road, Carterton, admitted stealing alcohol and food worth £152.98 from a Co-op in Black Bourton Road, Carterton on July 1. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  • John Sibanda, 54, of Settler House, South Street, Banbury, admitted drink driving in South Street, Banbury on July 1. Had 83 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Given a 20-month driving ban and fined £300. Told to pay a £30 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  • Patricia Walker, 34, of Mays Close, Fritwell, near Bicester, admitted failing to provide Cherwell District Council with information regarding a change of circumstances which would affect entitlement to benefits between July 4, 2011 and July 1, 2012. Community order made with 120 hours of unpaid work and told to pay £250 costs.
  • Marcin Najmanowicz, 20, of Kings Court, Carterton, convicted of driving without insurance and driving without a licence in Church View, Carterton on October 30. Fined £600 and told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given a six-month driving ban.
  • Myles La Pierre, 22, of Station Road, Launton, near Bicester, admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, in Bowmont Square, Bicester on June 30. Fined £75 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge.
  • Brian Mclaren, 22, of Middleton Road, Banbury, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in High Street, Banbury on June 29. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  • Dragan Adrian, 37, of Cricket Road, Oxford, convicted of failing to provide a registration document relating to a transfer of the vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader in Oxford on December 15. Fined £200 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £90 costs.
  • David Allen, 64, of Oakdale Court, Wallingford, admitted keeping a vehicle which was unlicensed on a public road in Egerton Road on January 14. Fined £140 and ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £422.75 and £90 costs.
