A con artist who tricked firms into donating money to a non-existent cancer charity is due to be sentenced today.
David Solomon told businesses in Headington last year he was raising money for “Cancer Relations” after his dad died 15 years ago.
Solomon, 35, denied three counts of fraud by false representation but was convicted at Oxford Magistrates’ Court by District Judge Tim Pattinson.
Solomon is also due to be sentenced for two counts of fraud and one of theft, which he admitted in June.
