Aiming to rise high as an actress
9:30am Saturday 7th September 2013 in News
ASPIRING actress Molly Fagan was lifted into the air as part of a rehearsal for an iconic Oxford theatre production.
The 12-year-old is part of the Pegasus youth theatre group that is creating a special performance inspired by 100 years of car making at Cowley.
The performance taking place on Wednesday at the University Church of St Mary the Virgin will show the history of workers at the car factory from its earliest years to it being the current home of Mini.
Molly, a Wychwood School pupil, said: “It was great fun. We worked with the Natural Theatre Company to come up with our own piece.
“There are 12 of us taking part in the performance and we all know each other now and are friends.”
Cowley resident Molly added: “I used to be a member of Stagecoach dance company and I do lots of drama and I really like acting.”
