A MAN will appear later this month at Oxford Crown Court charged with causing death by careless driving.
Daniel Fallaw, of Peregrine Way, Bicester, is due to attend a plea and case management hearing on October 28 following an accident on December 4 last year.
The 35-year-old is accused of causing the death of David Parris while driving a Ford Escort on the A41 and A4421.
He has not yet entered a plea and was granted bail.
