A 20-year-old man has been released without charge after a teenager was attacked in Oxford city centre.
The 19-year-old victim was assaulted in Lower Fisher Row in the early hours of September 17 and needed stitches to his ear after the attack.
But when the suspect answered bail on Wednesday he was told he would not face further action.
