DETAILED plans for 65 homes in Harwell have been submitted by Taylor Wimpey and Poplar Farm Partnership to Vale of White Horse District Council.
The estate will include 15 three-bedroom and 24 four-bedroom homes for the open market, plus 26 two, three and four-bedroom social houses.
The land, south of Grove Road, is owned by Oxfordshire County Council and the Napper family.
The council’s planning committee gave outline permission in July but county archaeologist Sarah Steere-Smith says an archeaological dig has not been carried out.
The council is due to make a decision on February 24.
