Man arrested on suspicion of murder following disappearance of teenager Jayden Parkinson
A 22-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder following the disappearance of teenager Jayden Parkinson.
The 17-year-old from the Didcot area was last seen in Iffley Road, Oxford, on Tuesday last week. The murder suspect, from Reading, is currently in police custody.

Supt Christian Bunt, Oxford area commander, said: “At this stage we are continuing to ask the public for their help in tracing Jayden’s whereabouts since last Tuesday.
“I appeal to anyone who has any information, however significant it may be, to contact police immediately.”
