A 20-year-old woman was sexually assaulted on Abbott Road in Didcot last week.
The woman was walking along Abbott Road at about 8.15pm when she noticed a group of men standing by a small hatchback car.
One of the men approached her and touched her inappropriately. The victim ran to a place of safety and reported the matter to the police. The offender ran off towards Mereland Road.
He was white, in his early to mid-twenties, around 5ft 8ins to 5ft 10ins, with a muscular build and stubble. He was wearing a dark-coloured hooded top and dark jeans.
Anyone who witnessed the incident should contact Det Con Georgina Bradley via the 24-hour Police Enquiry Centre on 101.
Police have said the incident is not linked in any way to the Jayden Parkinson investigation.
